Pricing FAQ

How much does Pooly cost?

Pooly is $79 per month for early adopters, and that is the whole platform. Routes, native payments, AI chemistry, Good / Better / Best quoting, the construction module, the native iOS app, and QuickBooks sync are all included. There is one tier, so nothing is gated behind an upgrade.

How long does the early adopter rate last?

Operators who come on at $79 hold that rate through December 31, 2026, regardless of what gets announced in the meantime.

When does new pricing come out?

Pooly's full pricing structure is revealed at PSP, November 2026, the Pool Spa Patio Show. Early adopters who are already on the platform keep the $79 rate through December 31, 2026.

Is the construction module extra?

No. Quote to project conversion, phases, Schedule of Values, and milestone draw billing are in the same price as the service side. Most pool software either has no construction module at all or sells it separately, which is why shops that service and build usually end up paying for two systems.

What does Pooly cost once you add payment processing?

Processing is usually the larger line for a pool company, not the subscription. Pooly runs payments on rails it owns, processed by Finix, rather than routing them through a partner processor taking a referral cut of every charge, so the combined cost of software plus processing is the number worth comparing between platforms.

Is there a trial or a contract?

You get a 30 day trial with your real data imported, and you can run Pooly in parallel with your current software until you are confident. No cutover weekend required.
